Calvin (uncle Bro)
Calvin Leon Webb Jr. was born February 26 1967 the third of five children in Philadelphia PA to Calvin Sr (preceded) and Alice Webb.
Calvin was education in the Philadelphia school system and attended Swenson Arts and Tech High School. During his years in school he competed in chess tournaments in Washington D.C. and he played football. He worked with his father at multiple restaurants in the city of Philadelphia. Calvin spent time working with a private trash company as well as the united steel trade company until he was unable to work anymore.
In his youth, Calvin attended the Salvation Army Germantown corps with his family and transitioned to the Philadelphia Kroc Center in 2010.
In his leisure time, he enjoyed playing sports such as basketball, football and wrestling. He loved watching sports with his brothers and playing cards. Being with his brothers is what he would consider the most special and fulfilling time. You could often hear him listening to old school rap, R&B, and oldies but goodies.
Calvin departed this life on Saturday January 13, 2024 at 6:35pm. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of his family and those who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through those who held him close. He was preceded in death by his father Calvin Webb Sr., his sisters Bobbi and Hazel and his brother Joseph. He is survived by his mother Alice Webb; Janie M. Kenyear (Our momma Janie); his brothers Alvin (Tara) and Kevin (Tamar) Christopher; special cousin Adrian; his sisters Jaqueline Brown (Jerald) Arlene, Regina, and Wendy (Derek); his aunts Georgie Murrell Glennie McKissick, Anita Faye, and Dorothy ;his children LaSheena, Aleesha, Casandra; his grandchildren Isaiah, Izana, Iryana, Ka’Hari and Dior; best friend and companion Thunder; a host of niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
