Dwayne K. Goosby

Dwayne Keith Goosby was born on December 9th, 1973 to the late Gregory Jerome Gaddy and Gloria Jean Goosby-Jones He was the 2nd of five children.

Dwayne was educated in the Phila, school system were he graduated with his high school diploma

At an early age, Dwayne was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Dwayne attended the Upper Room Evangelistic Outreach Ministries where he met his wife. He served on the Deacon board and Prison Ministries. Dwayne was the true definition of a family man. HE liked spending time with friends, however, he loved and preferred, spending time with his family. Dwayne was the protector of his family and would fight if need be. He enjoyed playing basketball, watching sports, movies, and listening to music. While living in Waycross Georgia, Dwayne worked at Carolina Skiff for a few years. After returning to his hometown, Philadelphia, he held numerous jobs, however, for the last 10 years he worked at Linde Package Gas-Fill plant.

Dwayne was a great provider who loved his wife and kids. Dwayne was a kind, caring and, laid back person, a man of few words. To know him was to love him.

Dwayne leaves to cherish his memory his wife Marquita, his loving mother Gloria (Frank), his sons Rasheed and Rasir, his daughter Rashia, his brother’s Gregory who proceeded him in death, Di'Shon, Frank, and sister Aqila, brother Vernon, Sister's Lisa, India, Alzce, 1 God brother Richard (4) uncles (5) Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, cousins and host of relatives and friends.
