Laniece Deanna Richmond was born to Moya Lindsey and Lance Richmond on May 03,
2004 at the University Hospital of Pennsylvania. As most babies come into this world crying, Laniece came into this world with a smile on her face. Laniece played basketball for CPN, Daroff and then was recruited to Preparatory Charter High School in South Philadelphia to play for their varsity basketball team. However, she had to take a break from school after finding out she was pregnant. Despite having to come out of school, Laniece still kept her promise to her mother and graduated from Commonwealth Charter Academy Charter School with her high school diploma.
At the age of 18, Niecy was blessed to give birth to her son Royal Lorenzo Richmond on March 18, 2023. She always had a love for kids rather they were family or not. If you needed a babysitter, call Niecy. She loved taking the kids to the park, letting them go wild, and playing sports with them because that's the kind of spirit she carried. Always had a smile on her face, cracking jokes, and just being her was how she lived her life. Laniece was a Momma’s girl and just like many daughters, she had a praying Mother. She loved her mother to the moon and back and her Mother loved her even more.
