On April 15, 2026, Rochelle Jackson ascended into the heavenly realms, embraced by the eternal love of God. Her earthly journey, which began on December 23, 1971, as the beloved daughter of the late Ruthie Mae Graham and Dr. Troy E. Graham, leaves behind a beautiful legacy of faith, warmth, and love.
From her early years, Rochelle’s life was deeply rooted in spiritual devotion. She was baptized at Christlike Pleasant Green Faith Baptist Church under the guidance of Rev. Robert J. Smalls, where her heart for service and compassion began to shine brightly.
Rochelle’s path of learning and growth led her through the Philadelphia School District and community college, nurturing her talents and passions. During her life journey, Rochelle met and married Lawrence Langley, and together they were blessed with two treasured children, Victoria and Joshua Langley.
With a gift for cosmetology, Rochelle shared her skill and creativity while serving as a teacher’s aide. Her courageous and dedicated spirit also led her to serve as a security guard. Beyond her work, Rochelle’s loving heart found joy in cooking and hosting gatherings, creating a home filled with laughter, love, and the aroma of her delicious meals. Her kindness knew no bounds. Always ready to offer a helping hand, Rochelle left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her.
She will be forever cherished by her father, Dr. Troy E. Graham; her daughter, Victoria Langley, of Philadelphia, PA; her son, Joshua Langley, of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Nazae and Aaleeyah Lewis; her sister, Nekeita Battles , of Durham, NC; her aunts, Dorothy Sutton(Charlie Sutton), of Mcbee, Sc and Virginia Graham; her godson, Brandon Young; Special friend John Jackson; and a host of loving friends and relatives.
As we celebrate Rochelle’s life, we find comfort in knowing she now wears the crown of righteousness and rests in the radiant presence of the Lord, her spirit forever remembered and adored.
